Ordering & Custom Work
No minimums on custom orders — you can order 1 piece. Bulk discounts start at 12 pieces.
Standard: 5–7 business days. Rush (48hr): available for a +25% fee. We always send a proof first — production doesn't start until you approve it.
After you place your order, we send a digital proof within 2 business days. Nothing gets printed until you approve it.
Yes. Just note each garment type and size/quantity in the Special Instructions field when you submit your order.
File Requirements
PNG, PDF, SVG, JPG, AI, EPS. Vector files (SVG, AI, EPS) give the cleanest results and are always preferred for logos and text.
For raster files (PNG/JPG): minimum 300 DPI at print size. For vector files (SVG/AI/EPS): any resolution is fine — they scale perfectly.
It depends on the print method. For DTF, white backgrounds are printed. For screen printing or embroidery, we remove them. Just mention it in your Special Instructions and we'll handle it correctly.
Yes. Describe your idea in the Special Instructions field and we'll create something for you. A design fee applies based on complexity — we'll quote it before we start.
Sizing & Fit
Our blanks are standard US sizing. Most customers order their normal size. Check the size chart below for exact measurements — when in doubt, size up.
Yes — you can order 1 unit as a sample first. For bulk orders over 50 pieces, a production sample fee applies before we run the full batch.
Shipping & Delivery
Yes. Standard shipping is $10 (up to 5 business days). Expedited is $18 (1–2 business days). Local Orlando pickup is always free — reach out to schedule.
Yes — a tracking number is emailed as soon as your order ships.
Not currently. US only. International shipping is on the roadmap — check back or contact us if you have a specific need.
Returns & Revisions
Custom items are final sale once you've approved the proof. If there's a print defect or an error on our end, we reprint at absolutely no cost to you.
Two free revision rounds on your design proof. Additional revisions after that are $15/round.
